Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply for a free coffee offer at Morgan's Mortgages. The offer is valid Monday through Friday from 7am to 10am. To qualify for the free coffee, customers must have a loan amount above $500,000, whether it is for a purchase or a refinance.
By participating in this offer, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: This offer is available to customers who have obtained a loan through Morgan's Mortgages with a minimum amount of $500,000. The loan can be for a purchase or a refinance.
- Coffee Redemption: Eligible customers are entitled to receive one free coffee per day during the specified time frame (7am to 10am) at Morgan's Mortgages. To redeem the free coffee, customers must present a valid Morgan's Mortgages loyalty card as verification.
- Verification: Customers must obtain a loyalty card from Morgan's Mortgages and present it to the staff when redeeming the free coffee. Morgan's Mortgages reserves the right to verify the loan details and loyalty card ownership before honoring the offer.
- Membership Limitation: Only one free coffee membership will be issued per loan. In the case of multiple individuals listed on the loan, only one person will be eligible for the free coffee offer.
- Exclusions: This offer is not applicable to loans with an amount below $500,000 or any other financial transactions or services offered by Morgan's Mortgages. Only loans for real estate purchases or refinancing are eligible.
- Time and Day Limitations: The offer is only valid on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during the specified time frame of 7am to 10am. Any coffee requests made outside of these hours or on weekends will not be honored.
- Offer Duration: This offer is valid for a period of 6 months from the day of loan settlement. After this period, the free coffee offer will no longer be available.
- Changes and Termination: Morgan's Mortgages reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. In case of termination, customers will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.
- Compliance with Laws: Customers participating in this offer agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the redemption of the free coffee. Morgan's Mortgages shall not be held responsible for any violation of such laws by customers.
- Limitation of Liability: Morgan's Mortgages and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in this offer or the consumption of the free coffee.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Morgan's Mortgages operates.
By redeeming the free coffee, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above, including the limitation of one free coffee membership per loan in the case of multiple individuals listed on the loan.
